Our Guarantee is very simple. You must be satisfied with your purchase. That's it! If you aren't completely happy with your purchase we will either refund your money or fix the problem. SHIPPING:
Our jewelry and handmade soaps will be shipped in a sturdy box unless otherwise requested. Your order will be shipped within two working days after receipt and will be sent via United Parcel Service (Ground), insured, at a rate of 1lb. per item. Shipments outside of the contiguous 48 states are subject to current applicable rates via the U.S. Postal Service and will be quoted prior to shipment.

HANDLING:
We don't charge for handling. Our shipments are all based on 1lb. per item and will be charged actual shipping charges for the carrier you choose.

RETURN POLICY:
We are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order with 30 days from the date of shipment for a refund or exchange (less shipping and handling charges). Personalized or custom orders may not be canceled, exchanged or returned for a refund under any circumstances due to the personalized nature of the items. All returns are sent at the expense of the buyer. Additional shipping charges will apply to all exchanges, and must be paid for upfront before the exchanged item(s) can be shipped. All returned products must be in their original unused condition and accompanied by the original packing slip. Any scratched, altered, blemished or broken items will not be accepted for a refund or exchange, unless the damage occurred during the original shipment, or the item(s) were faulty due to fabrication error. The bottom line is you must be Happy!!

Please follow these steps to return or exchange your jewelry item(s)

1.Contact us via e-mail or phone to request a Return with your complete order information.

2.We will then e-mail you a Return Form that you will need to fill it out completely.

Send your item(s) with any and all tags attached, original packing materials, return form, and original invoice to us by an insured courier (UPS or Registered Mail) and retain the tracking number for your records. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Please do not write "jewelry" or any other jewelry-related words on the outside of the package.
